Ever since I began tracking my cycle with greater care prior to married life, this question has been on my mind. My mother had a fairly smooth experience but I’d heard of many other women who weren’t so lucky.
I wanted to do everything I could to make the transition as positive as possible.
As I mentioned in a recent Instagram post, please don’t fear your genetics. First of all, they’re out of your control. Second, there are ways you can minimize your symptoms if you are predisposed.
