This is true for everyone – whether you’re navigating life as a single parent, working from home for the first time, leading your business team through massive change, or serving overtime in your community on the front lines. Perhaps you’re alone at home and feeling extremely isolated. It’s easy in these moments to swirl out of control and to get paralyzed in fear and depression.
As challenging as this time is, I Invite you into a new way of thinking. One that takes you out of being powerless and puts you into a position where you can transform.
