Immune Boosting Green Smoothie

This green smoothie is filled with immune boosting ingredients that taste delicious. Have one as a mid-afternoon snack to stay healthy and focused.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup shaved ice
- 3/4 cup coconut water, or water
- 1 piece ginger, 1 inch thick
- 2 green apples, cored and quartered
- 1/4 English cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley, leaves only, chopped
- Juice of ¼ of a lemon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon flax seeds
Make it:
- Add ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed, adding cold water if you want to thin out the consistency.
- Pour and enjoy!
